Important fast-track option for permanent residence in Canada is the provincial nomination.
The Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) allows Canadian provinces and territories to nominate the individuals by their own who plans for Canadian Immigration and who are very much interested in settling in a particular province.
Each province and territory’s streams, eligibility criteria and nomination guidelines for their PNP can change without any notice. You need to check the websites of the provinces or territories for the most up-to-date information.
If you are nominated under a non-Express Entry stream
Then you need to apply through the paper-based process, and
If the province or territory finds you that you are an eligible candidate and nominates you, then you will send an application to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
If you are nominated under a province or territory’s Express Entry stream
To be nominated by a province or territory, you must follow the instructions on their website and contact them directly:
Educational Credential Assessment: CAD 330 to 550, based on the respective authority
English Language Test: 12100 INR
Main Applicant: CAD 550
Child Dependant: CAD150
PR Fees: CAD 490 for Each Applicant
